TRIMARAN YACHT CHARTER undertakes to only collect and process the visitor’s data necessary for the performance of our activities, in particular the boat rental service.

• Payment information, in the event that the quote is accepted by you
• Your boat licence, sailing experience and connection data linked to cookies.
• Your e-mail address if you subscribe to the newsletter. It is possible to unsubscribe.
• Your browsing history on the trimaran-yacht-charter.com website

In any event, you may refuse to provide your personal data. If you refuse, you may not use the services of the website, including requesting information about our company, and you may not receive newsletters.

2. Retention of Personal Data

TRIMARAN YACHT CHARTER will keep your Personal Data in a secure environment for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or for the minimum retention period provided for by law: boat reservations with TRIMARAN YACHT CHARTER and our partners, creation of a customer account with your data necessary for the rental of the boat, financial information used only to invoice and make your reservation.
